TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT

All reservation request will be confirmed only upon reception of a 50% deposit of the total amount of the reservation. The other 50% is payable upon arrival.

Major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Interac.

Cheques are not accepted.

Check-in: starting at 4:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am maximum

CANCELLATION

More than 30 days before arrival date: 30% of the amount of the reservation.

From 30 days to arrival date: 50% of the amount of the reservation.

5 days before arrival date or if the person never shows, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT

A deposit can be needed to covers possible damages to the property.

OCCUPANCY

Starting from 4:00 pm the arrival day until 11:00 am the next day.

Pets are not allowed.

We are not responsible for objects left in the condos.

All of our apartments are non-smoker.
